1. We serve lunches and dinners from Monday to Saturday.

The kitchen is closed on Sundays for maintenance.

2. Delivery time for lunches is between 11.30 am to 1.00 pm

3. Delivery time for dinners is between 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm.

4. We have outsourced deliveries to a private company with a team of dedicated riders and we also outsource deliveries to some areas of our Mumbai dabbawalas.

5. We are committed to giving our best services which also include delivering meals on time but this could get affected due to unavoidable conditions such as heavy rains and traffic jams.

6. Epic foods does not take responsibility for the delay in delivery services as they are outsourced to private logistics and dabbawalas.

7. If the meal is not delivered by 1.00 pm for lunch and 8.30 pm for dinner, the customer has to inform the same to Epic foods right away so we can take necessary actions.

8. Any cancellation of the meal has to be informed a day prior on the company’s WhatsApp messaging number.

9. The canceled meal will be carried forward to the next available working day.

10. Any cancellations after the cut-off timing will be charged to the customer.

11. In case the customer forgets to cancel, before the cut-off time, the meal cannot be returned. In such a case, it will be deemed as sold even if the meal is returned or if the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery of the meal.
